Ryan brings with him over 20 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, Aerospace & Defense (A&D), and Medical Devices industries. He started his career in 1992 as a design draftsmen and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Weber State University. In 2003, Ryan transitioned over to the highly regulated A&D industry focusing on developing electronics packaging for advanced communications systems and various leadership roles including Engineering Manager & Director of IT. Toward the later part of his time at L3, he accepted the role of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Manager supporting a large scale business systems upgrade involving PLM, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) & MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). He was sought out by a Medical Device organization in 2014 to support their PLM initiatives centered on optimizing the business processes to better track the DMR & DHF data packages. In 2015, he started his own successful PLM consulting business supporting various customers in the PLM domain. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys endurance biking, skiing, cooking and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
